  We recognize that everyone has unique

  needs and preferences. We also understand

  that many families simply cannot afford

  the cost of residency plus add-on charges

  associated with personalized services.

  That's why our rates are based on a flat

  fee for residents requiring low to

  medium assistance.

  Services provided under the flat fee:

• Free resident telephone including local and long distance calling
  

• Trained caregivers staffed 24 hours per day
  

• 3 home cooked meals per day plus snacks
  

• Wheelchair & walking assistance
  

• Bathing & grooming supervision
  

• Basic incontinence management
  

• Housekeeping
  

• Personal laundry service
  

• Parking for personal vehicles
  

• Coordination of home health services
  

• Social & recreational activities
  

Studio Amenities

  All of the studios are individually climate

  controlled and wheelchair accessible.

• Spacious private & semi-private rooms measuring 18’ x 11’
  

• Large private bathrooms
  

• Showers capable of accommodating bathing seats
  

• Nurse call system in bedroom & bathroom
  

• Basic utilities [power, water & gas]
  

• Cable & phone connections
  

• Neutral color scheme with personalized accent walls
  

Rates

  Studio rates for low to medium assistance:

• $1,450 semi-private studio
  

• $2,275 private studio
  

*  Medication assistance $100 per month
